Anyone looking for a big adventure whilst helping deprived children, the Bangkok to Saigon Cycle Challenge (into its 8th year now) is a tremendous 1,100km cycle ride through Thailand's Gulf region, the heart of Cambodia and the Mekong Delta in Vietnam to raise funds for local children's charities in each country (Rejoice, Mith Samlanh, Krousar Thmey & The Saigon Children's Charity).
